In this teacher chat, Brittany Brazzel sat down with Everyday Advocacy's Molly Swanhorst to talk about how she worked with her district to combat hate speech by naming the problem, seeking out tools and strategies to respond, and working with staff and students to build a safer community together. “The key is to know that your idea, your thought, your action is the right thing to do – so go do it. You don’t need permission to do the right thing for kids.”
